At Ignite tens of use cases were presented for frontline workers, including the magic of Copilot in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Guides. Far before we are at Ignite 2024, Copilot is a must have tool for everyone.
Plugins are the soul of making Copilot your own. Customers always ask if it’s hard to build them. It’s not, it’s super easy and we encourage our customers to have the skills to build them themselves or better yet, using plugins maybe by vendors of your third-party products. Own plugins can be made using Power Platform, Graph API’s or coding a native Copilot plugin – all of these being simple tasks. In addition, Microsoft released Copilot Studio, which allows anyone to create plugins with graphical user interface and/or native language.
Simply put, building the Copilot plugins is so easy, that anyone can do them – I have built a couple myself already. And Copilot Studio is included in Copilot for Microsoft 365 license.
That’s the beauty of Copilot. We all have our own needs and working methodologies and Copilot is there to help. I repeat myself, but this is just a starting point. As Bill Gates recently said, “In the near future, anyone who’s online will be able to have a personal assistant powered by artificial intelligence that’s far beyond today’s technology.”.
What you get today by adopting Copilot is pure magic and game changing. But it’s a mere beginning to a journey that will create better work life and show ROI faster than any other technology ever before.
