Microsoft Loop is one the most exciting collaboration tools for project managers. If you are a project manager and want to bring your team together to collaborate better, then you should try Loop. With Loop, you can create a dedicated workspace for your team and then add multiple pages. I usually start adding a page and select one of the out-of-box templates such as a project brief or project planning. On each page, you can create Loop components. Then you can pop them into Teams, Word, or Outlook and they’ll update dynamically as your team works on them.

Here’s how to get started:
1️⃣ Go to and sign in (it’s available for commercial customers).
2️⃣ Set up your workspace – think of it as your team’s virtual war room.
3️⃣ Start creating pages – they’re like your project’s canvas. You can list tasks, links, and all the important stuff here.
4️⃣ Create Loop components – these are like little nuggets of data that you can share with your team. The cool part? They stay updated no matter where you share them.

You can also use Copilot to draft your initial content in Loop.
